We even offer a service where one of our graph design team members will create a form for you.

Paper Color Sequence

We feature 2 part duplicate and 3 part triplicate NCR books, forms and pads. You can use our pre-designed templates or create a form or book from scratch. The paper sequence for 2 part duplicate forms is a white first sheet and a yellow second sheet. The paper sequence for 3 part triplicate forms is a white first sheet; a yellow second sheet; and a pink third sheet.
