The set up includes a multi point inspection to check for the appropriate margins, size and resolution to ensure your product is accurate and on time when you order.

Keep personal records of every transaction you make, or help your business run smoother by adding sequential numbering to your books and staying organized. PrintPPS will number each set in your Carbonless Notepad at no additional cost! If you would like your sets numbered, select a location below and provide a beginning number in the space provided in the next option.

For your convenience, we offer the option of printing on the back of each sheet to help you keep information all in one place. With added printing space, you have the ability to add important information to the back of your forms such as service or product details.

Our wide selection of backing options are ideal for adding rigidity and durability to your notepads. For added durability, you have the option of upgrading to an even more sturdy finish for a professional product that is sure to impress. Our 150Lb manila board backing option is perfect for using around the office or on your desk, while the chipboard options are used while taking notes out on the field.

150LB Manila Board Backing: This is the most common option selected and provides semi rigid back. (not available on 100 sheets).

Brown Chipboard Backing: Has a rigid back and is approximately twice as thick as manila board.

Ultra Heavy Brown 2 Ply Chipboard Backing: Is the sturdiest and most durable back and is approximately twice as thick as chipboard.

Free PDF Proof:

For your convenience, after you select a template and design your notepad you can download unlimited PDF proofs from our design studio prior to purchasing from us. If you upload a completed design to us, the file you upload is your proof since we print directly from the provided file. For added peace of mind, PrintPPS will also review your file to check the resolution, margins and size in order to ensure the best possible printed product. If we notice any issues, one of our knowledge graphic artist will contact you to discuss in detail.

When Will My Order Ship?

Typically,orders are shipped within 4 business days with a few exceptions. We offer expedited manufacturing so you can have your order prioritized,produced and shipped faster. With most products,we can ship as soon as the next business day.

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

You determine arrival date by selecting the print/manufacturing time and shipping method at checkout. From the ship date you have selected,you can expect your order to arrive approximately within the following timetable.

United States Orders
Economy ShippingArrives 3 to 5 business days from the ship date.
FedEx GroundArrives 3 to 5 business days from the ship date.
FedEx 3rd Day AirArrives 3 business days from the ship date.
FedEx 2nd Day AirArrives 2 business days from the ship date.
FedEx Next Day AirArrives 1 business day from the ship date.
Canada Orders
FedEx International GroundArrives 4 to 7 business days from the ship date.

Example:If you select to have your order shipped within 5 business days and you select FedEx Ground at checkout,we will ship your order within 5 business days of the date you place your order and then ship your order via FedEx Ground which will give you an arrival date of approximately 3 to 5 business days from the date your order was shipped.

To qualify for 2 day shipping,your order must be received prior to 12 PM Eastern Standard Time on the day you place your order.

Superior quality delivery carbonless NCR notepads sized 3.66” x 8.5” from North America’s largest manufacturer of occupational carbonless NCR pads, books and forms for over 19 years. After you complete STEPS 1 thru 3 in the calculator on the left, you will be given the option to design your product online in our design studio or if you choose, you can download a pre-sized template and create your product design offline at your leisure and then upload your design in STEP 3 on the left. We also give you the option to work with one of our talented graphic designers to design the perfect product. You have full access to our image library so you can design a carbonless NCR notepad to fit any occasion. Use the product calculator on the left to see our standard customization options.

  • Delivery NCR notepad size: 3.66 x 8.5. There are 25 sets of two part forms per pad.  Imprint is on every sheet.
  • Bound on the 3.66" side.
  • Create your gummed carbonless NCR notepad in landscape.
  • Print your carbonless NCR notepad in full color or economical all black.
  • Each set is 2 parts. The first part is white and the second part is yellow. There is an option available to print on both the front and back of each sheet.
  • 150LB sturdy manila board back or optional heavy brown chipboard back.
  • You can create your carbonless NCR notepad with a bleed as well as a watermark.
  • Free online proof or select to have an actual hard copy sample.
  • Your order will ship within 4 business days.
