Saving a Document as a PDF

Our design system will only accept graphic files...we cannot accept Word. Publisher or Excel files.  PDF is the most common graphic file as well as the easiest to create and you can easily convert the design you created in Word, Publisher or Excel to a PDF.  Here's how to do it...

1.  To go File and Save As

2.  Select PDF

3.  Give your file a name and make sure the Optimize for Standard button is selected.

4.  Save the file to your desktop.

You can now upload your completed design when you select "Upload Completed Design" in STEP 2.
